Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect and why.

To provide our service, we collect the following information:

To Create Your Account: We need your Phone Number for verification and your Country to show you relevant content.
Your Public Profile: You can choose to provide a Name, Profile Photo, Taskly ID (@username), Area/City, and a Bio. This information is visible to other users to help them connect with you.
Your Posts (Services & Requests): The content you post, including the description and your contact Phone Number, is made public within the app so that users can respond to your listings.
For Payments: We use Stripe to securely process payments for posting. We never see, collect, or store your credit card information.
For App Functionality: We check your app version for updates and use security services like Firebase App Check to protect our platform. We also collect a device token to send you important push notifications.

Other Users: Your profile and posts are visible to others on the Taskly app.
Our Service Providers: We rely on trusted third parties to run our services, including Google Firebase (for our database, user authentication, and notifications) and Stripe (for payments).
Legal Requirements: We may share your information if required to do so by law.

You are in control of your information:

Edit Your Profile: You can update your profile information at any time within the app.
Notifications: You can turn off push notifications for new requests from your dashboard.
Delete Your Account: You can permanently delete your account and all your content through the app.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
